W.I.T.S and Puku Breathing

I have been learning about  using my W.I.T.S.

This is my mahi about my W.I.T.S and my puku breathing its to remind my to use my W.I.TS when someone is annoying you.

I created my work by reading the poem and using colours that represent calm, peace and happiness.

I am proud of my work because I learnt how to breathe slowly.

Something I found quite challenging was the colouring in because I kept looking under my paper in case the felts went through and got on the table.

Next time I might try to use this when I’m in a situation like when someone is being mean, I can walk away and use my W.I.T.S and puku breathing .

My tips about my work is to always remember my wits or puku breathe.
